Didomi Consent Management Platform

Consent and preference management across web, mobile, and CTV for GDPR, CCPA, and IAB TCF.

Consent and Preference Management (CPM)

Didomi Consent Management Platform Overview

What it does

The Didomi Consent Management Platform is an enterprise Consent and Preference Management (CPM) system that collects, stores, and enforces user consent and communication preferences across websites, mobile apps, and connected TV. From a single implementation it applies the correct legal basis based on visitor geolocation, covering GDPR, CCPA and CPRA, Quebec Law 25, and LGPD. A geo-targeting console and a no-code notice builder let privacy teams configure and version consent experiences without developer involvement.

How it works

The platform deploys through a JavaScript web SDK, native mobile and connected-TV SDKs, and an API-first headless mode for custom consent interfaces. Captured consent is forwarded to downstream advertising and analytics tools through Google Consent Mode v2, Microsoft UET Consent Mode, AWS Consent Mode, and Google Tag Manager, and it is encoded as IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) v2.2 and Global Privacy Platform (GPP) signals for programmatic advertising. A preference center records granular channel and topic choices as zero-party data, while a compliance versioning system stores every consent event across more than 45 languages for audit retrieval.

Credentials and traction

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, Didomi is a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) partner and an IAB Europe registered CMP implementing the Transparency and Consent Framework. The platform serves more than 2,000 clients across 35 countries, including Orange, SNCF, Societe Generale, Volvo, Michelin, and Harrods, spanning media, telecommunications, banking, and retail. Didomi is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Key Capabilities

mapped to solution categories
Consent and Preference Management (CPM)

Exposes consent management through REST APIs, enabling custom front-end consent experiences without being constrained to the vendor's UI components.

Implements IAB Europe TCF v2.2, encoding user consent through the TC String and Global Vendor List for CMP certification in EU programmatic advertising.

Connects to multiple preference repositories with bidirectional synchronization and configurable collision-resolution rules backed by prebuilt connectors and APIs.

Represents highly configurable, granular consent and preference structures as a single source of truth across channels and topics.

Hosts a self-service center where individuals manage granular communication and data-use preferences over time (channels, topics, and purposes), with those choices enforced across connected systems.

Crawls the site to discover all cookies and tracking technologies in use, categorizes them by purpose (strictly necessary, analytics, marketing), and maintains the cookie declaration.

Stores an immutable record of consent transactions (what consent was given, when, to which version of the privacy notice, from which IP and session), as required for GDPR accountability.

Handles GDPR opt-in, CCPA/CPRA opt-out, LGPD, and other jurisdiction-specific consent regimes from a single implementation, applying the correct consent model based on visitor geolocation.
