Didomi

Didomi is a Paris-based data privacy software vendor specializing in consent and preference management for enterprises. Its platform helps organizations collect, store, and enforce user consent and communication preferences across websites, mobile apps, and connected TV under GDPR, CCPA and CPRA, and other regulations. Founded in 2017 and led by founder and CEO Romain Gauthier, Didomi took a majority investment from private equity firm Marlin Equity Partners in April 2025, then acquired server-side tagging platform Addingwell and merged with consent-management vendor Sourcepoint. The combined company serves more than 2,000 clients across 35 countries, including Orange, SNCF, Societe Generale, and Volvo.
