XM Cyber builds a continuous exposure management platform that maps and prioritizes attack paths across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, spanning attack graph analysis, digital twin validation, external attack surface management, cloud and identity exposure analysis, security controls monitoring, and vulnerability risk management. Founded in 2016 by former Israeli intelligence leaders including Tamir Pardo, a former Director of the Mossad, the company was acquired by Germany's Schwarz Group for $700 million in 2021 and operates as a core pillar of Schwarz Digits, the group's digital and cloud arm. It sells to global enterprises in financial services, healthcare, and critical infrastructure.
