Vectra AI is an independent, venture-backed vendor of Network Detection and Response (NDR) and threat detection, investigation, and response software for the security operations center. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in San Jose, California, the company applies behavioral AI models to network, identity, public cloud, and Microsoft 365 activity and has raised approximately $425 million in venture funding. In October 2025 Vectra AI acquired Netography and rebranded its cloud-native network observability product as Vectra Fusion within the Vectra AI Platform. Vectra AI serves more than 1,700 customers across 113 countries.
