Squalify is a Munich-based cyber risk quantification (CRQ) vendor building a top-down platform that expresses an organization's cyber exposure in financial terms for board and executive decision-making. Founded in 2023 as a corporate venture of Munich Re and operating as a wholly owned subsidiary, it licenses the reinsurer's cyber risk model and loss dataset covering anonymized insurance cases across more than 100,000 companies in 130+ industries. The platform targets boards, CISOs, and CFOs at large enterprises and has expanded into the United States. Its 20+ person team operates across Europe and the United States.
