Securiti is a data security and privacy software vendor whose DataAI Command Platform combines Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), privacy operations automation, consent management, and AI governance in one system. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Jose, California, the company serves large enterprises operating across hybrid multicloud and SaaS environments. Securiti was acquired by Veeam for $1.725 billion in December 2025 and continues to operate as a distinct product line, with founder Rehan Jalil joining Veeam as President of Security and AI.
