Safetica is a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and insider risk management specialist selling to small and midsize enterprises through a channel of 550+ partners in more than 120 countries. Founded in 2011 after founder Jakub Mahdal lost a USB drive holding sensitive business data, the company grew from its Czech roots into a San Jose headquartered vendor with offices in Prague, Brno, and Bogotá. A $4 million investment from existing investors led by Ondrej Tomek, announced in March 2025, funds US expansion and continued development of the platform's AI capabilities.
