Redflags

Redflags (Think Cyber Security Limited, formerly trading as ThinkCyber) is a UK human risk management vendor whose platform delivers real-time security awareness interventions on the device. Founded in 2016 by Dr Mike Butler and Tim Ward, the company applies behavioural and learning science, including nudge theory, to shape employee security behaviour at the point of decision rather than through periodic training. It raised £3 million in a 2024 late-seed round led by Fuel Ventures, joined the NCSC for Startups programme in 2022, and sells to large enterprises, financial services firms, housing associations, public sector organisations, NHS trusts, and critical national infrastructure and defence operators, directly and through partners such as Secon.
