Founded by Kamal Shah and Vibhav Sreekanti, the company raised a $30 million round followed by strategic investments from Amex Ventures and Citi Ventures, with backing from Bain Capital Ventures. It is SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 42001 certified, and its customers include Cabinetworks Group, Zip, and Clari.
