Phosphorus Cybersecurity provides prevention-based security management for the extended Internet of Things (xIoT), covering IoT, OT, IIoT, and IoMT devices. The company was founded by Chris Rouland (who previously founded Endgame and Bastille and established X-Force at IBM), Rebecca Rouland, and Earle Ady, and has raised $65 million in total funding. Its platform focuses on proactive remediation rather than discovery alone, addressing gaps such as devices deployed with default passwords and known high-to-critical vulnerabilities. Phosphorus serves enterprise customers across healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure sectors. In June 2026 Phosphorus was acquired by Dragos and now operates as Phosphorus, A Dragos Company, with phased integration into the Dragos Platform.
