Nucleus Security builds the Nucleus Platform for unified vulnerability and exposure management, consolidating asset, vulnerability, and threat data from 200+ security tools into a single system of record for risk-based prioritization and automated remediation, with a FedRAMP Moderate authorized NucleusGov edition for public sector buyers. Founded in 2019 by former Department of Defense security practitioners Steve Carter, Scott Kuffer, and Nick Fleming, the company serves more than 500 public and private sector clients including Motorola, Paychex, Marathon, Autodesk, and Delta Dental, and closed a $20 million Series C led by Delta-v Capital in February 2026.
