Manifest Cyber builds a software and AI supply chain security platform for federal agencies, regulators, defense contractors, and Fortune 500 organizations in healthcare, automotive, and financial services. The platform automates SBOM and AIBOM lifecycle management, exploitability-based vulnerability prioritization, supplier risk monitoring, AI model governance, and open source contributor foreign-risk screening. Founded in 2022 by CISA, Department of Defense, and Palantir alumni, the company raised a $15 million Series A in 2025, named co-founder Daniel Bardenstein CEO in November 2025, and co-developed Protobom, the open source SBOM translation tool launched by CISA, DHS S&T, and OpenSSF.
