Mammoth Cyber is a Secure Enterprise Browser (SEB) vendor whose full-stack, Chromium-based enterprise browser pairs a policy engine with the browser itself to deliver zero-trust access, data loss prevention, and generative AI usage control without VPN or virtual desktop infrastructure. It sells to enterprises securing remote, contractor, and bring-your-own-device workforces, with regulated financial institutions among its early customers. Formerly known as Appaegis and founded in 2019 in Palo Alto, California, by CEO Michael Shieh, a co-founder of vArmour, and CTO Yonghui Cheng, the company is backed by Taiwania Capital.
