Conifers.ai builds CognitiveSOC, an agentic AI platform that runs the full security operations lifecycle (threat intelligence, hunting, detection engineering, investigation, and remediation) on the security tools an organization already owns. Founded in 2024 by former IntSights and Rapid7 leaders Tom Findling, Alon Yotvat, and Mark Kurman, the company operates from a U.S. headquarters in Dallas, Texas and an R&D center in Tel Aviv, Israel. It raised a $25 million Series A led by SYN Ventures with Picus Capital in January 2025, later added a strategic investment from Washington Harbour Partners, and was named by Gartner the 'Company to Beat' in AI SOC Agents for threat investigation in December 2025.
