Clutch Security is an independent identity security company founded in 2023 with headquarters in New York. It builds a platform that discovers, governs, and secures non-human identities, AI agents, and secrets for enterprise security teams, including Fortune 500 customers. The company was founded by Ofir Har-Chen (CEO), Sagi Haas (CTO), and Tal Kimhi (VP R&D), and has raised 28.5 million dollars, including a 20 million dollar Series A led by SignalFire in March 2025, with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Merlin, and CCL. Advisors and investors include Shlomo Kramer, co-founder of Check Point, Imperva, and Cato Networks, and Armon Dadgar, co-founder and CTO of HashiCorp.
