Cato Networks builds a cloud-native Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform that converges enterprise SD-WAN, security service edge (SSE), extended detection and response, and AI security into a single globally distributed service delivered from more than 100 points of presence on its Cato Neural Edge backbone. The company serves more than 4,800 mid-market and large enterprise customers across manufacturing, retail, healthcare, financial services, and aviation. Founded by Shlomo Kramer and Gur Shatz, it passed $350 million in annual recurring revenue in 2025 and $415 million in July 2026. Its first acquisition, the AI security vendor Aim Security in September 2025, now ships as Cato AI Security.
