Barracuda Networks is a cloud-first security vendor covering email protection, application protection, network protection, data protection, and managed XDR for small and midsized enterprises and managed service providers. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Campbell, California, the company sells through a partner-first model and serves more than 200,000 customers worldwide. Barracuda has been owned by private equity firm KKR since August 2022, following prior ownership by Thoma Bravo.
