Axonius builds a cybersecurity asset management platform that gives security and IT teams a unified, authoritative inventory of every asset by correlating data from the tools they already run. Founded in 2017 by Dean Sysman, Ofri Shur, and Avidor Bartov, the company sells to large enterprises and public sector organizations in the Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM) market. Its platform has expanded into SaaS, identity, vulnerability, exposure, and cyber-physical asset management alongside its core asset inventory. In 2025 Axonius acquired medical device security specialist Cynerio to target the healthcare market.
