Arms Cyber (legally ARMS Cyber Defense, Inc.) is an endpoint security vendor whose Raven Platform uses stealth and concealment to hide critical files, backups, and data from ransomware and AI-driven attacks before they can act on it. Founded in 2020 by twin brothers Brad and Tim Potteiger with entrepreneur Michael Bryant, the company applies an approach that Gartner classifies under automated moving target defense, pairing concealment with deception and behavioral detection to prevent encryption and data theft rather than only detecting them afterward. Arms Cyber sells to enterprises in ransomware-exposed sectors such as critical infrastructure, financial services, healthcare, and technology, and in 2025 opened an international headquarters in Los Gatos, California.
