Founded in 2024 by Cybereason co-founders Lior Div and Yonatan Striem-Amit, the company launched from stealth in February 2025 and raised a $130 million Series A led by Index Ventures in December 2025, with participation from Blackstone Innovations Investments, Greylock, CRV, and Spark, bringing total funding to $166 million.
