Identity & Access Management

Strivacity Platform

No-code CIAM with adaptive MFA, identity verification, fraud detection, and AI agent identity.

Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)Identity Orchestration

Strivacity Platform Overview

What it does

The Strivacity Platform is a Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform that handles registration, sign-in, and account management for customers, business partners, and AI agents acting on their behalf. Sign-in journeys are assembled with clicks rather than code: adaptive access rules, identity verification, fraud detection, and consent management are configured as policies on a single dedicated cloud instance per customer, an isolation model Strivacity calls Isolation-by-Design.

How it works

Journeys run on a dedicated single-tenant instance with auto-scaling for login spikes and data residency in any geographic region. Adaptive access controls evaluate device, location, and network risk signals and step authentication up or down, with passwordless options including passkeys, FIDO2 biometrics, and magic links. Identity verification matches government IDs from over 190 countries against a selfie. Lifecycle Event Orchestration triggers low-code JavaScript hooks on registration, sign-in, profile updates, and verification events, syncing profile data to CRM and MarTech tools through a plug-in library covering roughly 80 percent of common orchestration use cases.

Credentials and traction

SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 audited annually by Schellman & Co, with a standard 99.99 percent uptime service level agreement. Strivacity was named a Leader in The Forrester Wave for Customer Identity and Access Management Solutions, Q4 2024, receiving the top score in 12 criteria, more than any other vendor evaluated. Customers include M&T Bank, Mohegan, Southern New Hampshire University, University of Arizona, and Focusrite Group.

Key Capabilities

mapped to solution categories
Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)

Verifies a real-world identity during registration or step-up, such as document or government-ID proofing and liveness checks, to establish trust for high-value consumer accounts before granting access.

Captures and stores user consent for data processing at the identity layer, integrated with the registration and preference management flows.

Applies bot detection, velocity checks, and device fingerprinting at the authentication layer to block credential stuffing, account takeover, and fake account creation.

Requests additional user attributes across multiple sessions rather than collecting a full profile at registration, reducing abandonment at the point of sign-up.

Federates login with Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft, and other external identity providers via OIDC, returning normalized user attributes.

Supports passkey registration and authentication via the WebAuthn API, enabling biometric-authenticated, phishing-resistant login for consumer-facing applications.

Handles authentication and session management for millions of concurrent external users at low latency, sustaining consumer traffic spikes such as product launches and seasonal peaks.

Identity Orchestration

Adjusts authentication requirements at runtime based on assessed risk, stepping up from basic credentials to MFA when behavior, device, IP, or geolocation signals indicate elevated risk.

Incorporates device fingerprinting, behavioral biometrics, and risk signals from fraud prevention platforms into authentication flow decisions.

Handles consumer registration and login (B2C), and enterprise partner/contractor federation (B2B), from a single platform, including organization-level policy separation.

Provides a visual flow builder for configuring registration, authentication, step-up, and account recovery journeys without custom code, enabling identity workflow changes without engineering cycles.
