How it works
The platform operates through a cloud-native architecture that eliminates on-premises infrastructure requirements while providing comprehensive IT management capabilities. Core identity services include user lifecycle automation, LDAP-as-a-Service for legacy system integration, and RADIUS-as-a-Service for VPN and WiFi authentication. Device management features span patch management, policy enforcement, remote access, and full MDM support for mobile devices through Apple DEP and Android Enterprise. Phishing-resistant passwordless authentication leverages hardware-protected device-bound cryptographic keys with biometric verification via Touch ID or Windows Hello, representing up to three authentication factors. Conditional access policies enforce Zero Trust security by dynamically controlling access based on device trust, network location, risk assessment, and contextual factors, with native Google Chrome Enterprise integration extending browser-based security controls.
